School Time Well Spent

Howdy. It takes a special event (as I'm sure you've guessed by now) to warrant a post on this blog. Well, the boy's first year of school is almost over. We're so proud of how far he has come in his reading, spelling and math skills, not to mention the social self-confidence he's gained. He's perfected the eye roll, for instance.
Kindergarten has also had a profound effect on his artistic nature. He likes to marry this artistry with academia, for instance writing words for all of the pictures he makes. Below is an example of the boy's amazing spelling skills, his engineering diagramming, and of course, biology.

Since your last blog there have been many special events -- so there must be other reasons why you were waiting.

It must be comforting that Dear Finn of the Galaxy has discovered the heinous F Word that was rumored to be out there. At least it is out of his system and all can rest comfortably.

And how great it is to have your Eugenemann Blog entry. I miss your writing and all the kid news that it covers.
